I Applied for my passport some months before, My file no is A005492,Some days before I got my passport but unfortunately my name is wrongly mentioned in the passport.
My Name is 'Shaila Tulsyan' but name mentioned in passport is 'Shaila Kumari Chirania'.
This was my name before my marriage.
So You are requested to Please guide for the process of how to rectify the name in the passport.
