Passport Office Thane — Did Receive my passport

Hi,
I have applied for my passport on tatkal and still not received it, my passport was dispatched on 03/08/2010 but there is no way of me locating where it is right now neither the passport office or the postal office have given me any assistance.
I had to go on a business trip on 07/08/2010 and now i am not been to go primarily because my passport cannot be located.
