[Resolved]  Passport Office, Patna — PASSPORT NOT ISSUED

I Md. Wasi Ahmad S/O Md. Noor Hasan Ansari. I have Applied on 14.07.2011 for issuance of passport, my file reference no. is A06819111 as per rule my verification was completed. after verification your official site shows that your passport will be dispatched within one week. It is regret to say that due to your mistake till today passport has not been delivered at my address. Plz ensured the delivery of passport within week and also provide information on my email ID

I have applyed for passport darbhanga bihar counter dated on 22/11/11my file no is G007145/11, and my police verfication is also done in month of 02/12/11, but till i have not got my passport. on net the satus should be told as that police verification is not done so plz help me out.

i HAD APPLIED ONLINE FOR FRESH PASSPORT and submitted my application on 28 november 2011.
my file number is PAT-I[protected] and my date of birth is 28 april 1982, the status of this application says
"FILE NO. IS EITHER WRONG OR INFORAMATION NOT AVAILABLE". police done verification after 10 days but still now, no status.and passport also not reached to me.

I am Md.Shamshad Alam S/O saed.Md.Shamimuddin. I applyed for PCC on date 17/09/2012, My Police Verification Report is done & Dispatch to passport office on 08/10/2012, My File No. is PA[protected], I know that what is my status report
When I Checked Status(Fro.patnapolice.com) Showing My Police report is clear.After i visit at passport seva kendra on 15/10/2012 for enquiry.they given report in written ( TOKEN CANNOT BE ISSSUED- INVALID PCC COLLECTION).I infrom to him my police report is clear and dispatch to passport office on 08/10/2012.they send me passport office moryalok complex. i visit at passport office at 12:30 pm.for enquiry at counter no 03.they replay me report not received.when i inform to him my report is dispatch to passport office on 08/10/2012.then they send me to counslt with officer.i consult with Asst. pasport officer.I meet persnally and show them my necessary or valid Documents or submit that document. they call me again at 05:00 PM. i reached at 05:00PM.he replay me your report is not received from S.P office patan.Bring police report print copy and come next day at 11:00AM.i visit next day on 16/10/2012. at 11:00 AM. and Consult with superintendent show them police report printed copy and submited.He call me also at 05:00PM.I reached there at 05:00 PM.But still i didn't get my PCC.Delay to issu my PCC. my visa will be expair.
Kindly do the needful Cheked my Status & take legal action. issu my pcc as soon as possible.
