[Resolved] Passport Seva Kendra Bangalore — Pathetic Online system | |||
Passport seva kendra bangalore is proving to be VERY BIG INCONVENIENCE to people. I have bitter experience with this online system, i am a registerd member of the online service system and i have been trying to book a slot either normal or tatkal through online and its been more than a forthnight i have been trying on i am yet to get my slot either for tatkal or for normal slot. When i called up PSK customer care i was told to book tatkal slot at 8:00 AM, because they release tatkal service on a daily basis at 8:00 AM, its been 20 days now, every day morning from 7:30 till 9:00 i am trying to book a slot and my effort is going in vain, everytime only one meesage gets displayed on screen is "All Tatkaal appointments are already booked. Please try scheduling it another day, or go to Applicant Home to schedule your appointment under Normal quota." and normal quota is not available for next 60 ( SIXTY ) days. AND AFTER SUCH A PATHETIC EXPERIENCE ONE WOUKLD CONCLUDE THAT PSK IS A BIG SHOW UP AND ITS NEVER SERVING ( seva ) PUBLIC, HEREWITH I REQUEST TO RESOTERE TO THE OLD PROCESS. PLEASE. been trying to book a slot from the last one week had to finally get the slot booked by a private agent on payment of RS 1000.

The Government should do something to stop this menace. General public are forced to go to agents for having an appointment with Passport seva kendras. The website is not efficient to handle the high volume o[censored]ser hits - pathetic work by TCS. People are fleeced by agents with additional money to book the slots. This is really frustrating experience - Government should work on alternative process till this website gives slots to every body. I heard it is possible to book slots 30-45 days in advance for Bangalore - then why it is not happening in Tamil nadu yet ?? Why cant we have a uniform policy within our country ?..
this is the worst site... NOTHING CAN HAPPEN in INDIA and and SICK TCS ... cannot make it a mandatory that once you enter into a manage appointment loop, so stay without loosing the webpage... absolute waste of money spent on this online system...
It is just pathetic! What do you expect from Indian Government as usual. I have been trying from past 3 weeks to get an appointment. No way! How can that be possible! Look at the number of offices. When they know there are about 500 odd people trying to apply for passports every day, why don’t they make few more offices? It’s all a scam to make money. People should get frustrated and ask the agent to do it. Wonder how much the agents pay them.
WORST EVER!! When there's no space left in the hell, Gods may push some of the people from hell to a designated place on earth, to suffer. That's nowhere but, our great India.

I am not sure but it looks like a huge scam to me. Agents guarantee the appointment while general public is at loss. It seems to me that most of the appointments are already sold to the agents and for show they have a few left out to public which is taken up in a few seconds. Someone must file a RTI as how many tickets were sold and to whom. Extremely crappy process. I don't know about other places but this holds true for bangalore.
Adding my Rupee's worth.. This site is rotten. An appointment on this PSK portal cannot be gotten. Page never connects, I'm ever more in vex. How can this be TCS? Is this my country's IT industry's contribution towards e-Governance? Utterly stupefying!

I agree, such a pathetic service. When I am trying to to make a payment it is showing me error "The Online portal is currently facing some technical problem. Please try after some time.". I called their toll free number. The person there told me to use IE only. But I tried that too, but did not work. Calling back on toll free number only to here that number is busy . No body from local PSK office are picking their phones.
How can we work in such enviorment.
