hello I apply for the new passport on 08th Jan 2013 in your office. I submit all my certificates all things are correct. police verification also done two times, but still i am not receive my passport. Please look into the matter as my job requires a passport and I lost many opportunities because of this problem that I m facing. Complaint — Delay in Passport
Dear Sir,I had applied for passport in Oct-08 and the police verification was done but later i came to know that additional verification required of my office address, i had filled 3 PPF form with my office Address Pithampur Dist. Dhar. and submitted in jan-09.
but till date the verification done, i had checked with SP office Dhar dist. but they say that they havent recieved any instruction/paper for verification.
my case file no. is Z29081308.
Pls look into this

sir,i have applied for my passport to change of surname, sukhjit kaur to sukhjit kaur daffu, dated 12.03.2008, my police verification has been already done, but dated 23.04.2008 i received a letter from you side for submission of affidavit again, ( my reference no. is D001777) which i have also sumitted again dated 24.04.2008, but, after this, i am unable to see any further information regarding my passport, please do ugent as i am going to appear in ILETS exam,
please do my favour as soon as possible,
