Dear Shri B.Bala Bhaskar I.F.S, My wife has submitted my daughter's passport application on 28th feb 2008 at Guntur . File reference Nbr : Z503376, Key Nbr: [protected]. Police verification is done on 18th march. In April middle the passport status was showing as "it will be dispatched by 2nd May" Later it was changed as below. File Reference Number : Z[protected] Application Date :[protected] Applicant's Name : AISHA JASMINE SHAIK Applicant's Date of Birth :[protected] STATUS : It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time. It has been 4 weeks after this. Today may 14th, till now no update, everytime we enquire at the passport office they say " it wil come in next 10 days" . We have already booked the ticktes also in June 1st week. We have to go for stamping also... Kindly let me know when I will get my kids passport. Other details enclosed below. they wrote in 90 days the passport will be dispached . so many days over the passport is not delivered .
they have written it is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of passport has been delayed and know will be dispatched in a week's time
we are seeing same sentance from 1 month
so give the reply on the given emailid

my case also same.i applied my for passport at cuddalore on 23.02.09 .when i check my passport status at www.passport.tn.nic.in it simply indicate my police report is cleared, process is going on.but my friends who applied after me they get their passports.still my status is same above.i send 20 complaint s to their griveness cell they still didnt send me rly.

I have applied for correction of my surname spelling in the RPO bangalore via passport collection centre Mangalore.
I was told no police verification would be required.
However the website shows the status as " They have not recieved after police verification". But the police officials confirmed they didnt get my file.
What to do in this case. I am very worried as my old passport is also with them.

I had sent my passport for renewal on[protected], but i haven't still received the new passport. When i check the status of my passport it tells me my new Passport Number and displays passport is under dispatch. It is showing the same message for last 15 days and i have not still received the Passport. When I gave my passport for renewal they said that it will take approx 20-25 days but it has been over 2 months and i still have not received my passport. I need to register for an IELTS Exam which requires the original passport, and because of you i have to delay my exam, so please send my passport as soon as possible, OR is it possible for me to collect passport from somewhere?

My cousine has applied for passport on 16th feb, and police enquiry has also finished some weaks ago, she got an admsissions from abroad universities, thsi is teh time to apply for visa, but we are waitingfor passport status, i have been checking my status through online..am getting liek police report has beee received, we contacted the concern person(head constable) in my town..he peplied that sent my police report to RPO on that day it self only..we are bougthering about teh passport as she need to apply for visa now.
