Sir, The police enquiry at the level of local Thana and local vigilance was completed on 23.12.2009. I do not know why the same has not been received by you. I am need of the passport urgently and therefore let me know how should I proceed further. Please reply urgently .Thanks

I have applied for my new passport on 17/12/2009 through online. at that time i received registration number, but when i checked regarding the fee payment and for the further process it is displaying that either the "ref.no" is wrong or the "information is not available.."
