Pay TM — Failed Recharge

Recharge unsuccessful

I recharged my mobile which is not successful, but the amount of Rs 199 debited from my account,
My Order number is 6193836. I have done this recharge on 7th Oct and i have not received my refund and the worst thing is the customer support team is not even responding the mails.

Please do refund rs 199 at the earliest.

I have recharged my BSNL mobile NUMBER [protected] ON 14th Feb 2013 for Rs.81/= but it was unsuccessful.
I request you to kindly repay my money to my account
