[Resolved]  Pay TM — ON LINE RECHARGE FAIL

I am sijin my mail id sijin.[protected]@gmail.com .23/07/2011 morning 04.27 I try to recharge my TATA INDICOM mobile([protected]) to my debit card (via pay TM ) . After submit my password in my hdfc bank account 100 rupees cut i received the massage also but till my mobile was not recharged please do the needful for recharge my mobile

As per the reference cited above I sent mails 3 times to refund the amount due to failure of my Recharge attempt.
But No any response from your side.I think whether you are having the Customer Care to serve the Customers or
Cheating the Customers money.
I am giving the reminder for 4th time now. Who gave the Rights to you to keep the customers money with you when
Recharge gets failure?.All the other companies are refunding the amount as soon as the recharge gets failure Except
you.
It is the last request to you from me for refund.
If you are not taking any steps for Refund still, I have no other go Except from seeking Legal Help.
I have fail a transaction of recharge rs. 150/- on 30/09/2015 of POS 00005344 txn.[protected] & same was shown by your official site but till today i.e. 20/10/2015 I have not receive back Rs 150/- in my S.B. a/c . therefore it is reqest to credit the amount Rs 150/- in my S.B. a/c as early as possible. thank you!

Paytm — Product was second hand

I have received a Microsoft Lumia 435, when I start using for the first time mob has two lines in the display and box has a mark inside.
Paytm service is very bad service.
any body plz dont trust on it.
mobikwik is the best
do not wast ur money and time on paytm
