actually, i have booked my gas on dated 29.01.2010 wide booking no-3, but till date i have not received my gas. and i m continusely try your no but every time i found number is not available or busy. so we are requesting you to please send my gas as soon as possible. because i m in deep triuble.

BOOKED Gas via sms at payal gas on dated[protected] but not received gas till dated [protected].last delivery was received on dated 4-3-2010. kindly look into the matter.

Hello Sir or madam .I am a registered user (Cust. no. 8508) of Payal Gas agency Kashmere Gate Which comes under Indane Gas corporation.I booked for Refilling of cylinder and also got SMS on mobile no. [protected] in the last week saying "Cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 2873 with cash memo 2873" . But I am sorry to say that I have received nothing and am running out of gas at my kitchen.

Please help me to know about delivery of the cylinder issued against the cash memo. Who would be responsible for delay or wrong delivery of the cylinder. I doubt the cylinder issued to me has been cashed by hawkers of this area.
