[Resolved]  Paytm — Amount not refunded to credit card after one month of failed transaction

Dear Sir,

I used paytm site on 26 Nov 2012 for paying bsnl postpaid bill by HDFC credit card two times, unfortunately both of them were failed. The order ids are below.

57874260
57873941


The transaction amount for each was 760 rs. So 760x2=1520 rs was debited from my HDFC credit card.

I was refunded 760 back to credit card but the amount for another failed transaction rs 760 was not refunded.
So please refund remaining 760 rs ASAP. I already waited one month for refunding the amount of 760 but no use.

Please take necessary steps to resolve this problem asap.

Yes..these guys are frauds..and consumer court should stop these guys from stilling money..please take some actions.
