[Resolved]  Paytm — failed to recharge my mobile no but balance cut off from bank

I have tried for special recharge on my phone [protected] of rs.44 8-10 times but it failed.. please sort out my problem.

my mobile number is [protected] (aircel).i used to recharge my mobile using paytm.com but nowadays i face many problems in it.though i receive a confirmation message for the recharge my balance remains the same.today i recharged for rs.60 and even after receiving the message of confirmation i didn't get the amount for nearly 1 hour.

i dont know what to do...i have lost nearly 150 rupees in the last 2 weeks. so please take necessary actions soon because we use this for emergency purposes.

I had recharged Rs-50 to my TATA DOCOMO NO [protected] through p.n.b bank debit card using Paytm site and I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged .
I would be glad if takes some action against Paytm...
Sir pls refund my amount Rs. 50 in bank account...

My cell no.[protected], 3times failed to recharge but payment amounting to Rs92*3/- has been debited to my A/c on 11.10.2012 at mid night by paytm mobile recharge centre.

pls credit my(SBI) a/c account.Thank you...

i have recharged my mobile no. [protected] by Rs.100 and [protected] by 220 on 18/10/12 but stil no. amunt credited to both nos. while amount has deducted from bank. so please refund the amount to bank.

I had recharged Rs-119 to my VODAFONE MOBILE NO [protected] through AXIS BANK debitcard using Paytm site and I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged .
I would be glad if takes some action against Paytm.

i had already registerd my complaint tht i was unable to recharge my tata docomo mobile [protected] of rs 50. my balance was deducted from my P.N.B (debit card) account on date[protected]. bt till now my i m unable to get any message.. my order number is 52359784..
pls do something..
and a amount of rs 50 is till now not transferred in my account. now it has more than 21 days. the order number of that is 50945148... pls resolve my problem, other wise i m going to leave tht paytm site. nd i will never being recharge through this site...

I had recharged Rs-77 to my RELIANCE MOBILE NO [protected] through SBI BANK debitcard using Paytm site, date 24 Oct and ORDER NO 53481047.I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged .
I would be glad if takes some action against Paytm.
Plz refund my money to my bank account.

I had recharged Rs-125 to my BSNL MOBILE NO [protected] through UBI debitcard on Wed, Sep 19, 2012 at 5:30 PM using Paytm site and I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged .

i had recharged my videocon d2h cus.id no.60313597 for Rs 900/ through sbi net banking via pay.com order no 54177538 and get confirmation from paytm and amount debited in my sbi a/c, but not top up my videocon d2h still now, take immediate action to recharge or refund my amount to my sbi a/c and inform to me to my mobile no.[protected]

Sir, i recharged my idea phone numbered [protected] with an amount of rs 50 for twice with an order no of 56846540 and 56846462 but i dint get my phone recharged while the money got deducted from my account for both the time. similiar things happened when i recharged my tata docomo numbered [protected] with an order no of 56796548 but i dint get my phone recharged there as well. during recharging i used paytm.com site, where i am registered client. so i kndly request you to send my money back into my account.

i had my recharge done through paytm at around 7:30 having a order no.59320616 for a recharge of Rs.50 but i never got it done. The same thing has happened to my twice already. Moreover these guys dont even hava a phone number for customer care its outrageous.
