[Resolved] Paytm — faillior recharge of airtel cell phone | |||
I had recharged me Airtel cell phone with postpaid connection, tried to recharge the phone with an amount of rupees 333X6 times=1998, where as i was a regular user of the above mentioned company Paytm, in the month of last April/May. As it was unsuccesful recharge that amount must be automatically revert to my Andhra Bank amount. I have sent my Bank statement includes proof of above said amount of rs 1988. For first time they were responding me frequently, then all on off a sudden they are mum at my continuous emails. Now a days there are not even giving any reply to my emails.So kindly take action and do justice to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
