[Resolved] Paytm — Fraud transactions charged on my debit card | |
Respected Sir/Madam,
My debit card was charged for the below transactions which I have not authorised. PayTm is not willing to take any action. Please help me in getting the refund on my debit card.

(Online Payment)
* Amount - Rs 3500
* Date of payment - 21-Jun-2013
* Debit card number - [protected]
* BBank name - CITIBANK
* Website name - Not available
* Transaction ID[protected]
* Trace No - 288813
* Payment Voucher - [protected]

* Amount - Rs 2400
* Date of payment - 21-Jun-2013

Hi Paytm
I have sent couple of mails to [protected]@paytm.com. No proper response .
(ticket #[protected]ticket #[protected]ticket #[protected]
My bank says only the merchant can provide the refund .
I have provided all trace numbers that the bank has provided to paytm no proper response yet.
