I have not received the balace

Dear Sir,

Please see below mail. I have recharged my vodafone mobile no. 9456567394 for Rs. 100/-. on 12-05-12 Order no. 37494588 & bank Transcation ID is 010291, but I have not received the balance till now & not return in my bank A/c or paytm A/c . please look into the matter.

I had many time complain for refund the money, that i complain on my paytm cash money two different order number 1) 39299371 & 2) 39301490, but i got only a order number paym cash balance both of those, Rs. 310 only, so kindly requested to add my another Rs. 310 on my paytm cash balance.
please get me the balance another Rs. 310

i have my aircel mobile no 8796553373 for rs 60 twice.. but I have not received the balance till now
