my mobile recharge failed two time i.e 17/4/11 and 20/4/11 of amounting 121/- each from paytm mobile recharge centre.

This nagarjuna i have tried for recharge to 9493104758 on 24Aug. recharge was failed but amount has been deducted in my account. it was not shown in my paytm receipts.my no is 9948243444. plz check it out.

I TRIED TO RECHARGE MY MOBILE BY 110 ON 20/05/11.MY PHONE NO.IS 8103350889. MESSAGE OF RECHARGE FAILURE WAS SHOWED AND THE AMOUNT OF RS 100 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY SBI ACCOUNT Ref.IG68023768. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE EVERY TIME I HAVE TO COMPLAIN FOR REFUND. MANY OF RECHARGES HAVE BEEN FAILED BUT NO ONE IS REFUNDED WITH COMPLAIN. PLEASE DO IT AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. THANKS.

I also agree with the following complaints. Today I wanted to recharge my No. 9475887084 worth Rs. 45 for extending the validity for 365 days as mentioned in the PAYTM site. But after payment through net banking it was found that the recharge not done but a mail consists of confirmation that the recharge had done & the payment was successful mail was came to email id. Also a sms confirmation had come to my cell that the recharge process had done. But no recharge has been made still to this number. And after that I had confirmed that the recharge was unsuccessful from BSNL Customer Service representative. Now I want back the amount to my respective bank account. Order No. 5526688

I got a mail from Paytm that recharge is not failed due to some network problem but paytm is not refunding the amount back
Please do some action against the same

dear sir i have made recharge of rs-50 on my mobile no-7798117484, today ie- on 29- 09-1979. but my mobile did not get recharged and my transaction is failed, but my money is deducted from my account. my sbi refrence no -IG69438082. i want my money back to my a/c. so pls check the procedure and do the needful . thanks for your deeds . name sandip sonawane.
