my mobile recharge failed two time i.e 17/4/11 and 20/4/11 of amounting 121/- each from paytm mobile recharge centre.

sir I have recharged my BSNL mob no.9478302803 by paytm of rupees 110 on 24.Nov 2011 at 5.56pm, its showing recharge is successful but my account is debited.But I have not got my recharge balance.

i have a very big confused story, last i recharged was in october and i had 210rs been deducted from my axis bank account twice!!!

main date 10/02/12 9406132229 mobile no me 50 ka topup net banking se kiya .par balece v nahi aya aur paisa kat diya gaya...aur mera paisa wapas nahi kiya gaya...please paytm.com ka...?

Today i recharged my cell 9681067766 ... with Rs 99 ( Net Plan ) and i got a message confirmation that recharge is successful
I started using net, later realising that all my main balance (more than 200 Rs )became 0 in just 10 mints
and they dont even have customer care to whom we can redress our complain ...just a email service
Even if they refund my 99.. who will take responsiblity for over Rs 200 and the harassment .. coz we charge from paytm to say time...
I am in urgent need to use net... now should i again recharge ??? again 99 gone...
Just a poor thing :(

We recharge from Net to safe time not to get FREE coupon...there are severals site where u can get coupon for free...
Who will bear the cost of loss and harassment i am going through ??????

I recharged my number with the help of Paytm by 15-03-2012 and my number is 9899947429 actually my 450 Rupees balance is deducted but i din't get balance any messages so please provide and withdrawl me on my account. please Paytm i requisite your he;p.
