Paytm - mobile recharge balance not received

I have recharge my mobole no (9883366644)reliance gsm kolkata on 30-05-2011 through paytm.Com but I have not received recharge amount yet. Same already deducted from my saving account.Please recharge it or refund my amount as soon as soon possible.

Amount of Rs 20 has been refunded to your Paytm Cash balance. The Paytm Cash can be used for your next recharge or any other order at Paytm.com.

You always have the option to transfer Paytm Cash to same credit card or bank account, just visit the "Order Status" page and click on Initiate Transfer.

Dear paytm.com why you not providing costumer care no.
I will file a complain in police station.
I was recharged my mob with paytm.com.
mobile not charged but amount deducted from my bank account.
I have a mentally harassment from last 20 hours at your side.
