Paytm mobile recharge - mobile recharge faliure

I done recharge of 100 rs on my mobile no. 9250199614, on 10 may 2012 bt rch not done,trasection of 100 rs done from my credit card, i have done this complain 6 days ago bt no result occur,,, this is very irresponsible function.......plz try to solve it early.....
