Paytm — regarding order is damaged

I for delivery of one mob floor cleaner. But the order is not complete. Someting is missing in the order. There is 2 kob rods but no equipment to join both these rods. Now what will I do.

On 22nd May 2016, I booked tickets but not booked, at the same time money refunded to my paytm wallet, When i tried to transfer amount from paytm to bank transfer status changed to Refunded, till now i couldn't received anything.
Even though i submit my complaint in paytm Customer care, no response.

I had purchased from fruit merchant for Rs.140/- paid by PAYTM from Goregaon West nr. Rly. Station on 17.6.21 DEBITED IN MY SBI ACCOUNT as Transfer to[protected] /[protected]/BARB in favour of Ravi Bania, but still not credited despite my several complaint put on by mail and by phone.

Pl. do release credit the payment which were debited from SBI ACCOUNT.
