[Resolved] Paytm — No customer care Response | |||
My complaint is not yet solved after 6days, I submitted on 28th March. PayTm is worst in solving the problem, They don't have customer care contact no. also. My Order no. 83550077 was unsuccessful to the recharge amount of Rs.250 to my Vodafone, but I got a message that your recharge is successful for your Bsnl no. I used Paytm toll free no. to recharge which does not choose mobile Network operator correctly.Refund my money or make recharge. I feel that newer make recharge with third party, always use official websites which is most trusted. Was this information helpful? | |||
