Non refund of money

Sir I had recharged my tata photon plus for Rs 350 my tata photon No 9207349189 through ICICI bank debitcard from Paytm but it has not recharged neither message nor any customer care is functioning please help me out

my MTNL Mobile No. 9013701043 for Rs. 75/- through paytm system by online payment not yet recharged on 18.05.2012. Request refund my amount Rs. 75/- immediately.
