amount deducted from atm debit but number not rechargedd

sir,i have recharged a mts mobile no 919151040930 for rs.251 through paytm online mts mobile recharge..but the no.is not recharged and amount has been debited from the account..sir my id is vasudha.kesarwani@gmail.com..and mobile no.8090059210..sir kindly look into issue and guide me to get the money back...
