Paytm Online Recharge — balance not get

Hello, my name piyush chourasiya from kanpur
on 17/08/2013 I have placed 1 order for Rs 55 recharge from paytm for my TATA DOCOMO but haven't received any recharge on my mobile however money already deducted from my account. [protected]IGL1326265 TRANSFER TO [protected] PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS.
