[Resolved] Paytm Online Recharge — recharge not received | |||
Hello, my name id Mayur Chaudhari from Pune on 10/01/2013 and on 11/02/2013 I have placed 2 orders for Rs 200 recharge each from paytm for my idea mobile number order numbers are 67196128 and 67383541 but haven't received any recharge on my mobile however money aready deducted from my hdfc account. so I dropped email at [protected]@paytm.com about my concern and received the reply stating that please contact to idea so I have contacted idea about this issue but they said that they never received any request or payment for Rs 200 recharge so I dropped email again to paytm but again got the same reply stating that please contact to idea and idea said they never received any payment or request for Rs 200 recharg. after that I again drop 4 to 5 emails to paytm but never received any reply i would request this fourm please help help me to get refund of my money or recharge from paytm Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||

idea online recharge — my recharge is not completed
i recharged my idea no through online for 50 rupees but i dint get recharged and in my bank balance amount of 50 got debited.so please solve the problem immediately.
