Dear Paytm, With reference to my Order No. 38897167 I have requested and immediate transfer of Rs.124/- to my Bank Account. As per your company policy mentioned on your website I have not received the "Reference Code" given to you by the bank. This further would mean you have not initiated my Refund Process. i have recharged my tata docomo mobile number [protected] with 200 rupees using my hdfc credite card. the amount was debited but recharge not done. paytm order number is[protected].
