[Resolved] Paytm — recharge failure | |||
yesterday on 07 nov2011 at 19:00hrs i had made a recharge of RS 50 on my vodafone m.no - [protected] but recharge has not been done and the amount has been debited . my order no is 8328349 ,when i gone to query through paytm account then they have given the statement about the payment failure but payment has been recived. and also payment balance is not showing in paytm cash account so you are kindly requested to go through my complain and solve this problem. I tried to recharge my mobile number [protected] through my PNB DEBIT CARD, but it failed several times reason- payment rejected by the bank.

Sir, I have made online recharge of my mobile no [protected] for 100 Rs on 15 aug12 using ICICI debit card through paytm websit, second one is for Rs 50 against [protected] on 16 jul12, the amount was debited from my account, but recharge was not done.
