I have recharged with rs 500 from paytm for my bsnl mobile no on 12/5/12 which inturn failed as it was an invalid transaction and was reflected in my account of sbi where as i checked with bsnl the service provider the confirmed dat it was a failed transaction and i also got in touch with the payment gateway authority ie AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE according to them the transaction was successfully done and was payed to paytm
but till date i was not refunded any money nor any sort of calls where as they posted a mail saying
