Paytm.com — Failure of recharge and money got deducted. Also customer care didn't respond properly

I initiated a recharge of Rs.255 on my airtel number on June 4th 2013 through online recharge website Paytm. My money got debited from my account and then I waited for the recharge screen that showed a busy(loading) sign for 10 minutes and then closed the website. My phone didn't get recharged and when I checked the status of the recharge on Paytm, it showed success. I waited another 20 minutes but nothing happened. Paytm doesn't have a telephonic customer care service so I emailed them regarding this problem. Next day I received email from them (guy named Abhay) which told me that recharge was successful and gave me a reference number[protected]. I emailed them to clarify again that recharge was a fail and they again told me to confirm with the airtel with the same reference number. I checked with airtel with the reference number and didn't find any recharges, infact I didn't find any recharges within a period of 7 days on my number. I emailed them again and they replied that there was an error with the airtel and it has now been resolved and my phone is recharged. My phone didn't get recharged, AGAIN. So I finally emailed them asking to confirm with airtel and provide with a proof of recharge to which they haven't replied.
Please look into the matter.

Dish TV — MONEY DEDUCTED BUT RECHARGE FAIL

I am enjoying services of dish tv. on 7th april,2011,
I had recharge my dish tv online from sbi debit card ,I had received all the details like transaction id,order no.etc. but, I had not received my recharge amount and their executives didn't help me they asking me to follow a very long procedure. Which is quite tough to follow.
