[Resolved] Paytm.com — no refund | |||
Don't pay to paytm.com. whenever the recharge is not successful, paytm site does not return the money to the bank amount,but holding with them,as if it is a fixed deposit. My money Rs 110 is with them since Dec 2011Mob no [protected]& [protected] It is an unfair trade practice as per Consumer Protection Act.Will the concerned enforcing authorities look into this matter. Also paytm site is most vulnerable to hacking of credit card CV V&password.When I recharged my mobile phone in Dec2011, my password,CV V were hacked by a russian site &I lost 32,000 Rs. r sampath Was this information helpful? | |||
