Paytm.com — Paytm.com Recharge not Successfull still charged

I had made a payment of Rs200/- for renewal of my dishtv account on Nov 19' 2012.
Money was deducted from ma account but not reflected on ma dishtv account.
I had sent mail to customer care for same but got no response just a ticket Number as follows
Ticket #[protected]: Recharge not Successful
