[Resolved]  Payworldindia.com — regarding recharge

These people are the worst in mobile sector rechagre. they have franchisee in sangli named parshw-kamal mobiles . I gave Rs.200 for top-up on[protected] for my no [protected].But I didn't get any balance, it goes to life time activation even though my number is already activated life time card.& winth in 48 hours rectification is possible but this worst company not doing it is against reliance mobile policy.therefor TRAI should take strict action against payworld co.
They are give me very bad treatment, talking like owner of relince mobile co. & not rectifing it . even though amount is low because of worst treatment & value of money, it is not free I am complaining
and the head operators never reply to your queries and when they do reply

Why are you charged the money for.

sir i recently purchase your software but i have problem when its login it shows machine not registered and when we try to register then it shows " machine reset is available for windows application only ".

Dear sir i have in payworld software but few days in network connection failed request time out then see that Pay world is dummy company problem solve quickly or consumer court i will go now immediately so kindly contact me.

sir i have an accont of payworld to recharge in the name of vidushi enterprises registerd a complaint at dated[protected] complaint no. 229269 which wa about recharge of rs. 249/= on airtel no. after that my account balance was deducted but custmer did'nt get which is cancelled on dated[protected] but i did'nt get refund till now please refund my balance and improve your service you dont refund on time, your service is very poor.
I'm trying to install your payworld software that I had down from your site. But this says 'Machine Not Registered[ Step -2 ]'
I don't get that, why you don't have simple software to install. &even after this bad software, your customer care numbers are not recieving call for the first time. After that, they don't have satisfactorily explaination about the problem. Each time I make call they forward it to at least 3 callers. Besides why you don't have online recharging facility on your website. I know If you can create online software then, it is not too difficult to make things online.
