[Resolved]  PDP Developer — Deceiving in Booking of Plots

Customer code: TS/0189, Name : Ashok Kumar, Plot no. E-47 Tonk Square.

Sir,
I booked a plot E-47 in Tonk Square measuring 200 Sq yd and payment has already made in full and final long back .But this I have not registered with my name till date.
When I contacted Ms Manisha ([protected]) few day back she is telling that M/s PDP Developers has been taken over by M/s Hari dharaa Pvt Ltd. And we are shifting all clients of M/s PDP Developers to other project of M/s Hari dharaa Pvt Ltd with shifting charge.
I want to know that what is the truth .I am not able to contact over phone.

I am confused that what is the relation between M/s PDP Developers and M/s Harit Dharra Pvt Limited .

M/s Harit Dharra Pvt Limited is claiming that they have taken over the PDP Developers i have written a letter to PDP Developers but no reply received .

Why PDP developers is not coming up to clarify it .

It may be because the M/s PDP developers employees are working on behalf of Harit Dharra Pvt Limited to confuse the PDP developers customer.

why you people dont go to Consumer court?

i am also facing the same problem ...project name tonk desire, dated sept, 2009

let's get together & raise our voice / register a complaint against that cheater.

The owner of PDP is Pradeep and he Parallelly is running another company by name of stallion real con.. Plots for their Pdp company were sold through agency called expertise India, expertise India now have become haritdhara and have taken over the project from pdp I. E pdp would have sold this off to haritdhara... Now when I contact haritdhara their office is in sector 6 noida they say pdp has paid / refunded my money and when you ask for details of refund their is none.. Basically they are fooling around with our hard earned money and nothing else..

I have also booked a plot of 200 sq.yards @ Jaipur Tonk Square through PDP Developer in 2010. Its been more than 3 year now, have not get any possession or registry for that plot. On inquiring it is found that this land is not even registered through Jaipur Authorities.

We can register a complaint against this company and file a case in Consumer Forum.

I have also been cheated by PDP Developers under their Jaipur Tonk Square project. I went to their Noida office also, but could not get any refund or update.
Their numbers keep on changing. I also talked to people at Harit Dharaa and Shiv Dharaa in Noida, but they are just making fake excuses.

I think we all need to get together and file a joint case against them in consumer court. This way we will recover our money with interest.

Hi, I am also facing fraud done by PDP developers (later changed to shivdharaa) on the name of Tonk Road. They have taken the money in 2011 and still there are no signs of Registry or anything. Please call me on [protected] if anyone is facing the same issue. I am looking for return of my money.

Hi I am Amit Srivastava. Same story as with all of you. I went to their office in Madhu Vihar in east Delhi, but came to know that they have closed the office and moved from there some 2 weeks back. But now i want their proper address and contact details to send a legal notice and looking to file a FIR based on these notice. their MADHU VIHAR's office is closed.
