PEN CAMERA INDIA — Ignoring to deliver the product after paying for the defective Product

I live in Pune Maharashtra

I Had ordered a Pen camera from site : http://www.pencameraindia.com/

They called me and that they said they will send the Product

The product arrived, the courier guy was denying to even let us check the product if its defective, the courier guy said that until we don't pay him they wont hand over the product

So keeping trust on the company from where we ordered the product we paid the courier person a sum of Rupees : 1,900/-

Later after checking we found that the product was defective, i called them at thier shop number : [protected] where in spoke to Shruti and said that the product they have sent is defective. She asked me to speak to her senior her name was Rhea, i kept on calling thousands of time from Pune and got charged at a higher calling charges but for them it was just a game. till now i am calling they either pick up and hang up and that they give me a fake tracking number by saying that they have shipped me the product.

The fake tracking number they gave me was :[protected] Courier name : Gati.

When i checked the same in their tracking to see where the product might have reached i was shocked to see that they had provided me the wrong Tracking number.

Still its been two months that i am calling them and getting charged for the phone calls i make , they still ignore picking up my calls and if they pick up and tell them my issue they know that i have called before too so they hang up.

I have got the original receipt, the courier sent by me to them for the defective product for replacement and a video recording call that i deliberately recorded for a proof so that they tomorrow do not deny that they did not sell any product or i have never called.

Please help me with this, i am really tired calling them several times
