WRONG AND DAMAGED DELIVERY

I HAVE ORDERED A PEN CAMERA OF 32 GB FROM www.pencameraindia.com, it was cash on delivery basis,but when i opened my box, i came to find out first of all it was only 16 GB,and another problem that the camera was not work,,not even starting,i have send message to them regarding this,but till now i dint get any reply,they delivered different product and that too damaged one..
