This complaint is regarding an individual named as M.K.RAO ( retired OS- DPO office, Chakradharpur. I came to know through other sources that the above mentioned person is a Widower ( whose wife Also used to be a railway employee and expired 10 years ago ). The above mentioned person is a retired individual and is receiving a pension, But very surprisingly he also receives a pension of his wife who expired 10 years ago. If this is a Common practice in Railways through pension scheme, then i have no issues, but if it is not, then how it is possible that this person is receiving TWO pensions at a time??? I request you to kindly look into this matter Please. Thank you

My Father was in BSF( Border security Fource). He was also fight war in 1970 and many more. he was in BSF from 1967 to 1978 (approx) not complete 11 years. He is not getting pension from BSF.
As per BSF pension office they deducted 2 year from his job due to at a time of joining he was 16 years old. (as per document submitted)
sir, I want to know rules getting pension from BSF.
1) What was rules of pension at that time?
2) how can they deduct 2 years from his job? (they must to check documents at a time of joining)(we have also document related joining & Resignation from BSF office)
3) Now is there any chance for getting pension? (for Freedom fighter)

Please intimate mail id of DG BSF/FTR HQ Shillong/DIG BSF Guwahati/Comdt 5 Bn BSF to write a line for getting financial benefits.

Pension — Less payment of arrear
Dear Sir,The payment of arrear in pension has been made 15% as first instalment. The next
instalment of 40% released thereafter seems to be incorrect. For details please refer to my letter sent to you by my pension disbursing bank regarding this matter.
