Pepperfry — Non delivery of product since 37 days!! | |||
I had ordered mee mee nursery diaper bag on 27th Nov 2011 through pepperfry via order no[protected] and had made online payment for the product as well. Till date the same has not been delivered on my address. Everytime I call up the customer care they either keep me on hold for a long time and then the phone gets disconnected or else they promise me a call back which never happens. I have atleast made 10 STD calls to them to follow up on the delivery of the product but to no avail. In my last 2 calls made to the customer care, I was dealt with 2 ladies named Nivedina who kept me on hold for a long time and then the phone got disconnected and with Fiona who promised me a call back which never happened. I am just fed up of the pathetic service and all this while they have been sitting on my money!! Pls take some strict action against them since they should also face/feel the suffering that they make the customer experience.
