[Resolved]  Pepperfry.com — expired medicine sold costing 1,099 rupees

ordered Nature's bounty vitamins for the Hair from pepperfry.com , costing 1099 , Payed money by net banking on 1/12/12 . the item was received by me on 9/12/12.. the packet has 65 capsules and the date of import is 2010..the DATE OF EXPIRY IS 1/2013.. i.e. just after 20 days .same day I lodged a complaint on the website they replied that I need to send the pictures of the product and they will refund the money, which i did , I am sending regular mails to them but now they have stopped responding.

DEAR Sir/Madam,complaint :this is in reference to order number :[protected], 01/12/12 product NATURE’S BOUNTY VITAMINS FOR THE HAIR- (65 TABS) *SENT VIA:* DTDC *AWB NUMBER:* Z77727993*SHIPPED DATE:* 07/12/12----- I received the packet today on[protected].. and the expiry of the medicine sent to me is 1/13.. i.e just after 20 days from today. it means i have to consume 65 tablets in 20 days….. this is complete fraud on your part..kindly send me a new packed bottle of the same..or I will lodge a case in consumer court by tomorrow….

Pepperfry.com — Order Issues

My order number #[protected] placed with pepperfry.com on 13th Aug.2012 and as per their policy the stuff was supposed to ship in 3 days but they have not shipped my order in timelines and not ready to refund my money back. Please help me out on this problem.

Pepperfry.com — Different and cheaper item delivered

Order #[protected], I ordered Sony 16GB SD (SDHC) UHS-1 Card - 94MB/s / Class 10 MRP Rs.1350/- "but" - they have sent Sandisk 30 MB/s card MRP Rs.1010/- which is sheer cheating at their end.

I am a regular online shopping customer, and till now i have been very satisfied with the online services of various sites but the worst experience of my online shopping is the present status of an order placed with you fraud people.
1.Not refunding my money for sending OUTDATED product
2.the second part of the shipment is not traceable, had it been any other site i would have got the delivery itself
3. complaint was lodged on the site" contact us" link by me on 4 march...TO REFUND THE MONEY..THEY REPLIED THEY WILL, BUT STILL HAVENT
4.WORST SITE FOR ONLINE SHOPPING
5. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, NO REPLY OF MAILS...
6. I SUPPOSE ITS A FAKE SITE
