I have ordered an item with order number:[protected] on 13 Sep' 12 in http://www.pepperfry.com/ , I have paid for the item through online payment mode,
after paying for item the www.pepperfry.com site displays order successful and shipped in 7 working days but still the product is not delivered and there is no information given for tracking the ordered item,
