[Resolved]  BSNL Broad Band — Internet connection BSNL Broad Band

Dear sir/ Madam,
I have applied for BSNL Broad Band connection vide my application dated.6th May, 2008 to BSNL Vasai West, "Renuka Niwas" . My telephone No. is[protected] located at Vasai East, Dist. Thane (it is the distant suburbs of Mumbai in western railway).

On chasing for Broad Band internet connection, I came to know that an work order No.650 dated.20th June, 2008 has been sent by BSNL Renuka Niwas office to the concerned telephone exchange located at Garai para/ Waliv. However, since end June, 2008 I have been chasing up BSNL for internet connection "Broad Band" with the concerned personnel Mr. Gauli (S.D.) and Mr.R.V. Yadav but till today I have not been given internet connection. I am possessing BSNL telephone since last 10 years, I am not a defaulter. Kindly look forward to my complaints & arrange for immediate internet "Broad Band" connection.
