[Resolved]  Personal Loan — haressemetn and torture of recovery agnets of hsbc bank recovery agents to my parents who are senior ctitzens and ailing

HSBC PERSLOAN A/C NO.. 019 ====== 873

i have taken a pers. laon from hsbc mumbai and already paod more than 39 instatlments. due to some problem could not pay since nov. 2009. i req. for settlement and they agreed but thier amount is not feasibale for me . hence i am trying to negotiate.

meanwhile agaency people phone to my house and giving most bhaddi gaalis and using unheared langauages to my father and mother who are 75 and 82 years old . in spite of compl. to nodal officer , hsbc this practise has not stopped. it is clear that thy got a free hand from hsbc to do all the above thorugh there aere giidelines.

i req. i[censored] not ready file a suit but these agents are crossing all limits of decency. pl. help me out what shall i do shall i go to media. kindly guide me and proveide me the tel. nos. of tv channnesl who can help; me out

HSBC LOAN — torture

Dear sir,
i skipped my last months emi of pl of HSBC bank, since a female named NAZIA is torturing me from this no.[protected].also she is not telling her original name as i suppose her name to be KIRAN & today she didnt say her name at all, saying she will talk to my family & referrences & ask for full payment at once, she will send executives & bankers at my residence for the same
i want to ask HSBC bank skipping one emi results in such kind of torture?

Call there bluff by asking for a number where you can call them to make arrangements and that you would look forward to a home visit and try to set up an appointment. Include the fact that how about you don't pay them anything more at all and they can chase a ghost with no income or assets.

HSBC LOAN — THREATENING CALLS FROM HSBC

Dear sir,

with ref to the above subject i am getting continuous threatening calls from HSBC and they are cotinuously disturbing my collegues and my family numbers. They are using very utter languate and telling lies to my coleagues and family numbers about my outstanding details. Now a days they i can't able to do my service also properly by this threatening calls.

Yes I agree with this complain because the people who are calling for loan in call center of HSBC ..They are not educated, , , Even they dont know how to...Talk with elder people...
