Petrol Theft at Petrol Stations

On 7th March, i had filled my car for petrol worth 1000/- rupees. The person at station by the time i paid the bill through my credit card and came back he had already closed the petrol tank. I doubted he filled it for what i paid for. but my mistake i didn't keep an eye on the meter and got distracted by paying the bill.

This happened near Okalipuram, Railway back gate, Bangalore.
