While filling petrol at Shreeda Enterprise(SHELL) pump,the filling man use improper method at 2:32pm on dt.[protected]. On demand of complaint book, the staff try to show muscle power. Then they said that the manager was not present.I can use only feed back form instead of complaint book.They didn't provide bill with serial number and taught me that the TIN number is the bill number. When I asked that the pump follows govt.rules or company's rule.They replied that they will not follow the Govt. rule because they were doing BUSINESS.

After couple of days when i went to print passbook in my bank i saw 28rs charge Of pos that was used at shreeda enterprises for 1000rs petrol
I totally don't understand why this guys took off charges from bank without any authorization and also RBI and government has given notice saying that there would be no charges for using debit card
I request all to ask at places before using debit card regarding the charges
Or else they will charge after using the card and also government should take action against such merchants to avoid fraudulent transactions of customers
