[Resolved]  PF — PF not received

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my PF transfer application on 20-Feb-2008 to EPFO Haryana, Gurgaon office. Still i havn't receiven either any communications or any status of my PF transfer. PF NO: HR/GGN/28358/14 . Could you please update my PF status.

I have been worked as a teaching staff in a CBSE School in Chennai about 5&1/2 years, and properly resigned due to my personal reasons. 1&1/2 years ago.

I'm keep on approaching the School to send the paper to PF office to settle my account. They keep on cheating us.

The propreitor of the school, runs a finance company & they circulate these amount for interest. They not even give the salary on time (at least 2 month or 3 months later)

How should I proceed further? Shall I take any legal action against school? (through labour court)

Kindly guide me to get my PF amount & Graduity amount

My PF No. is HR-26155/942. My previous company WNS submitted my PF withdrawl documents in August in Gurgaon PF office. But I have still not received the money. Please let me know how can I get my money faster and complain to whom about this.

I, Mr. Tushar Gopal Bhole and my Pf No. Is MH/ VASHI/ 118056/ 10258.I had resigned from my services on 5th Sep 2008. after resining job i was called to my company regarding pf but they told me ur all documents missplaced from our site.i was again submitting all documents on 30th march 08.and i also received acknowledment copy received documents from pf office.Whenever I call up the PF office. Unfortunately, when the call is answered, I am always told that my claim is in process and will receive it in 15 days they told me call after 10 days its happend 3- 4 time from me. It is already 2 months. Can someone please heed to my complaint and respond. plz its very needful for me.

had submitted PF withdrawal forms on 21 jan2009. However, still I have not received the refund in my bank account. I tried to call PF office but get no no proper response to my calls. No body picks the call. Even if they pick, they say to hold and the call gets cut after a few minutes.
