my pf no is MH/46430/29705,
and still i haven't recived my pf yet plz do need full...
and am unable to find how to check pf status online
i had submitted my application in 6/06/2008...
plz help us out

This is Sahil Bhatia writing to seek your help in my pf issue. After getting all the papar work done from my company EFUNDS International India (P) Ltd where i worked for about 18 months, I submitted my provident fund clearance document to PF office Gurgaon. I got a slip with no. on it 10592/12037.I was told that it will take about 60 days to get the money but till today it nothing has been credited to my account.
Therefore i request you to look into the matter .

How can i find out about my PF withdrawal status?
I have been trying to speak to somebody at the PF office but there has been no response.
The online claim status also does not provide any information.

I worked in IIPM, Tower 79, sector-32, Gurgaon from 08 October, 2007 to till 19 August, 2008. Complaint is that they always deduct PF amount from my salary amount. but they don't tell me the PF no. and still now after I had left IIPM they don't telling me PF no. What I Do?

what action can an employee, can take against employer, if employer doesn't deposit employee's & employer P.F contribution in to the employee's P.F account.

I setteled my PF account with my previous employer 3 months before. Form 19 and 10 C both have alreay reached PF department, Chennai. As a matter fact, I have not got my money back from PF dept yet in spite of making many calls and meeting them in person. It has been really disgusting that goverment organization does not work activley and makes people wander for their money settlement.

I, Mr. Tushar Gopal Bhole and my Pf No. Is MH/ VASHI/ 118056/ 10258.I had resigned from my services on 5th Sep 2008. after resining job i was called to my company regarding pf but they told me ur all documents missplaced from our site.i was again submitting all documents on 30th march 08.and i also received acknowledment copy received documents from pf office.Whenever I call up the PF office. Unfortunately, when the call is answered, I am always told that my claim is in process and will receive it in 15 days they told me call after 10 days its happend 3- 4 time from me. It is already 2 months. Can someone please heed to my complaint and respond. plz its very needful for me.

I Dr.Sunil Kumar Dwivedi and my PF No. is UP/231/6264.I had resigned from my services on 7th Oct. 2008. after resining job I submitted my claim for PF on 3rd Feb.09.till now I am not able to receive my claim, I approached so many times in PF office Meerut, UP. they replied that my claim is in process.But after 6 months I am not able to get the PF amount.I also received acknowledment copy received documents from pf office.Whenever I call up the PF office. Unfortunately, when the call is answered, I am always told that my claim is in process and will receive it in 15 days they told me call after 10 / after 15 days its happend 3- 4 time from me. It is already 6 months. Please heed to my complaint and respond. Now I am very urgent need of my PF amount.The Company MS Mawana Sugars Limited is holding My PF and PF office is not helping me.
Kindly look into the matter and do needful.
