[Resolved] PF DEPARTMENT / i-Process services(india) pvt ltd — PF CLAIM | |
Dear Sir, I worked with I Process India Ltd at Chennai as a Credit Officer, i had resigned on 03 December 2007 and i had completed my resignation formalities on the same day. I received my PF papers attested from i-process in the end of March-2008.My Pf Number is MH/47808/4967 and my Emp Number is 05596. I forwarded all the papers to the PF Department, Kandivali Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Plot no: 222, sector no:3, Charkop Market, Charkop Poisar Road, Kandivali(West) Mumbai-400 457 on 3rd April 2008 through The Professional Courier ( POD[protected] The courier had been delivered on 14 April 2008( Checked with Courier Service). On 2nd weak of May I called PF department number[protected]Mr. T.K Singh – Regional PF Commissioner). Mr. Singh gave me[protected] and asked me to call there and check the status. When I called the second number, the staff over there gave me[protected]. When I called the 3rd number once again I got a new number[protected], which they told that it is an enquiry number. But, the enquiry number is not in use. I tried checking my status on the PF website. But, it is showing as Your Claim Not Yet Received. I tried to get some help from i-Process. The same happened there also. Just the call is been forwarded from one to another and no one is ready to sort this out even there. Just my STD charges are been rising. My PF withdrawal form has been submitted in the month of july2007, but it has not yet been released as on date. I had visited the PF office at Mumbai on 6th april to enquire about the same, but unfortunately the person responsible informed that there was an error in the Form-3A Contribution card in the financial year shown is ending in the month of Feb and the next financial year is starting in the month of March, due to which there has been a delay in release in payment.I will attach this details.
Sir, I request you to please look into the matter and send a revised Contribution card on this ID so that i can submit it at the PF office and get the further process done at the earliest.

I PROCESS SERVICES INDIA PVT LTD — PF claim not received
PF NO is MH/47808/2875.Myself Sapna Bansal was working with I Process India Services P Ltd. I resigned on 06.06.2007 and submitted my PF claim on 18.10.07 with PF office at Maharashta (Malad/Kandivali) through post. I have made query online regarding the status on PF web site and it shows me that my PF claim has been recd on 26.11.2007. Receipt No is[protected]Form 19) and[protected]form 10C) and the status was under process.
Thereafter I have made various queries but could not find any reply. After some The EPF site is not accepting my employer ID (i.e. 47808 for I process India Services P Ltd by showing msg that establishment do not exists). I tried to find out it but it was not there. I have sent fax and made varios calls at PF office but all in vain.
On 09.10.09, when I again enquired about my PF status on the site www.epfindia.com it shows that the PF claim is not received. How it is possible that one claim which PF dept has received approx two years back is not received by them now. Sir, My PF is deducted from my hard earned money. Since I request you to please help me in the matter.

PF A/C NO. TN/39787/890 in the receipt it is mentioned that it will be be settled partially and the remaining interest amount[protected] will be despatched to the account later. The problem is I closed the bank account prior to the claim. Eventhough I had sent an requisition letter to settle the interest through postal order I did not receive it. Please explain the reason for the same and how I should get the interest back through postal order.
