Complaint: Fradulent courier company Aramex with P & G free Samples --Forging customers signature and contact nos and mentioning items as delivered in their records. ( P & G getting Bad name coz of it as earlier few months back I had received P & G samples and most of my friends received this time too))
I had placed few orderes with Proctor and Gamble company-Reward me. They have given me below AWB tracking nos and below is their status.
I have not received any items and your website shows as delivered on 19 oct and few as incorrect AWB tracking nos.
I was at home on Oct 19 being my WO at the same time to be sure checked with my family members too, , , , none of them have collected and also our doors are never left closed – locked. There is always someone present 24 by 7

It seems some fraudulent activity going with either courier boys or internal team, where customers contact nos sign is fraudlent used and mark as items delivered.
Also i had called up customer service representative today, very bad rude approach, , , pathetic service
request you to ensure delivery of these items else will have to file fradulent activity signature forgery in consumer court

ordered they received it but it didn't come to me.why?my mobile number

number otherwise i could track my samples.i think that courier people
has got my samples.can you please resolve this issue.while sending
free samples do not mention free samples that is why those courier
