courier not received

Our client Plethico pharmacuticals from Mumbai couriered important document through DTDC courier way bill no -M73754159 dt 16.5.12
6 working days passed away but still we are not get the courier . How can we trust your courier service, our client is an Blue dart account holder based on our request they have booked the document through DTDC - DTDC forget their job. We need positive result on or before today 4.30pm
