[Resolved] Philips A3. 610 5.1 Speakers — Quality of peakers and Service | |
Hi, The most pathetic service I have ever received is from Philips. Micro Services, Jogeshwari (East) is an authorised Philips Service Centre. However they asked me to get the bulky 5.1 Home theatre system to the service centre when it started showing problems. Now that was still fine. But they return me the system after 7 days without even touching it. Later, next month i realise that the problem hasnt been fixed so I call them again. This time They keep the system for 1 month after which they claim they have fixed it. As soon as I take the system home, I find the SAME problem exactly the same way. When I call up, they agree that they didnt do anything. I am still wondering what they did with my system for a month. After that they ask me to call up some other dept and make me slog for 2 more months nearing my end of warranty. Till date, the system is with them and they are saying they are trying to replace the logic board but havent done that for 2 months now. Can anyone tell me WHAT SHOULD I DO? should i go to the consumer court? Was this information helpful? | |
