We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
Would like to inform you, that red light starts blinking when the water filter has filtered 2700L of water. It is a signal to indicate that the filter needs to be changed.
Would also like to tell you, that you can further dispense 300L of purified water. However, it is advised that you should change the water filter immediately.
Else, the water purifier will stop dispensing water, once the light stops blinking and stays RED. This indicate that its high time and you should replace the filter candle.
For replacing the filter candle, you can do it by yourself or you can book a technician by calling the customer care.
